A flaming cocktail known for its taste quite similar to the fountain drink Dr. Pepper. The cocktail is made of a shot of amaretto with a fine layer of Bacardi 151 rum on the surface. Once the rum has set on fire, it is then dropped into a glass of beer and is best if finished quickly.

Dr Pepper is not an ingredient to the drink. However, the carbonation of the beer and the sugar from the amaretto do a dangerously good job of mimicking the taste.
