Gary Becker

Gary Becker (born 2 December 1930) is an American economist and professor of economics and sociology at the University of Chicago. He is the recipient of the 1992 Nobel Prize for economics and was one of the first economists to branch into topics usually considered belonging to sociology, such as racial discrimination, crime and drug addiction.
