PSR J1719-1438 b
A recently discovered planet made entirely of diamond, making it the densest planet known to man.
The planet was formed when the primary member of a binary star went supernova leaving behind a pulsar. The second member of the star system turned into a red giant then a white dwarf. The pulsar, being the bigger body of the two, then attracted all gaseous matter from the white dwarf and left behind a planet of ultra dense carbon. The planet now stably orbits the pulsar at a distance of 0.89 solar radii.
