PanAmerican Climate Studies (PACS)

A proposed programme in the 1995-2004 time frame directed toward the goal of improving the skill of operational seasonal-to-interannual climate prediction (with emphasis on precipitation) over the Americas. It is a sequel to the NOAA EPOCS program. PACS includes the process studies EPIC, NAME and MESA.
