Panagiotis Pikrammenos

Panagiotis Pikrammenos (born 26 July 1945), is a Greek judge and the prime minister of Greece's interim government after the legislative election in May 2012. During the election, no party received a majority, requiring Pikrammenos to serve as interim prime minister. Due to the inconclusive election, parliament was dissolved and Pikrammenos has no power to make any binding decisions. Pikrammenos is holding successive meetings with all party leaders to ensure that all goes smoothly until the June 17 poll. Greece relies on outside help to stave off bankruptcy.
