Skins
Skins (25 January 2007 - Present) is a British teen drama television series that follows the lives of a group of sixth form teenagers from Bristol. It was created by father-and-son team Bryan Elsley and Jamie Brittain for Company Pictures, and is aired on E4. The show has met with controversy over its depiction of teenage stereotypes and sexuality but successfully achieved high ratings for its target demographic. Unusually, the show replaces its main cast every two years. Its name comes from the slang term for the rolling papers used for marijuana joints.
