Configurational system
One of the four schematic systems which form part of the conceptual structuring system.
The configurational system imposes structure upon the contents of the domains of space and time. This is achieved by virtue of six schematic categories : plexity, dividedness, boundedness, degree of extension, pattern of distribution, axiality. These categories structure the scenes encoded by language and the participants that interact within these scenes.
