Cooling channel
A cooling channel is a passageway in a mould for circulating water or another cooling medium, in order to control the temperature of the metal surfaces in contact with the plastic being molded.
Cooling channels are typically connected to form a circuit. Cooling channel configurations can be serial or parallel.
