Fill-or-kill order
Stock exchange order that is executed immediately, i.e. matched with all orders within a specific limit. When a fill-or-kill order is issued on the Swiss stock exchange, the order must be executed immediately in full or not at all. If it cannot be executed in full immediately, the part not executed is cancelled and eliminated from the order book.
