fish oil

Fish oil is oil derived from the fat of fish such as salmon and trout. It's rich in omega-3 fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Fish oil is thought to have many health benefits such as reducing inflammation and improving metabolism.

However, recent clinical studies show that fish oil doesn't slow cognitive decline in people with Alzheimer's disease.
