Immunoaffinity chromatography

A variant of affinity chromatography in which an antibody coupled to the stationary phase adsorbs an antigen which is subsequently eluted at a different pH or a higher salt concentration. Specific antibodies may similarly be prepared on columns of immobilised antigens.
