Parallel processor (PP)
An advanced digital signal processor that is used for video compression/decompression (P_64 or MPEG), still-image compression/decompression (JPEG), 2-D and 3-D graphic functions such as line draw, trapezoid fill, antialiasing, and a variety of high-speed integer operations on image data.
