A part of the water vascular system of echinoderms. Specifically, a branch off of the ring canal that leads to an arm (ray) and gives rise to the tube feet. In hydrozoan medusae, the radial canal is part of the gastrovascular cavity. It is one of four extensions leading from the mouth to the outer margin of the bell .
