The royal wedding cake, designed by Leicestershire-based cake designer, Fiona Cairns, will be multi-tiered traditional fruit cake decorated with cream and white icing. The cake will be decorated with William and Kate's new cipher, as well as have a strong British floral theme using elements of the Joseph Lambeth technique.
