Manufactured by Berjuan Toys in Spain, the Breast Milk Baby doll is a toy designed for little girls to play as mommies and to learn nurturing skills needed to raise their own babies in the future. Little girls are instructed to put on a halter top fashioned with two large flowers in front. They can then place the doll's mouth to one of the flowers and the toy moves its mouth and makes sucking sounds to simulate the breastfeeding process. If the doll is moved away from the flowers before it burps, it will cry.

Initially introduced in Europe with success, the Breast Milk Baby doll has generated a considerable amount of controversy in the U.S.
