John Edward Green

A former American collegiate and Professional Football quarterback who played in four American Football League seasons from 1960 to 1963 for the Buffalo Bills and the New York Titans. During his playing career for the American Football League, Green was the toughest quarterback to get a pick off of. Former players that have spoken today think of him as the top quarterback of the early 60s. They remember him as a fierce competitor and a warrior on the football field.
