Paul Krugman (born 28 February 1953) is an American economist. He is an economics professor at Princeton University and is also a Centenary Professor at the London School of Economics. He is the recipient of the 2008 Nobel Prize in Economics and is well known for his work on international economics, liquidity traps and for examining the impact of economies of scale.
