Simon Kuznets

Simon Kuznets (30 April 1901 - 8 July 1985) was a Russian-American economist of the University of Pennsylvania and recipient of the 1971 Nobel Prize in economics. Kuznets was one of the earliest workers on development economics, especially in collecting and analyzing data on developing countries.
