Gujeolpan refers to an elaborate Korean dish of nine different foods assorted on a wooden plate. Foods are separated by colour and ingredients, and are made up of seasoned vegetables, meats, mushrooms and seafood items. In the centre is a stack of jeon, Korean pancakes, which are then used to wrap the items on the plate.
