Restarting play

After a goal the team that had the goal scored against them starts with on player behind the half distance line passing the ball to one of his teammates who must also be behind the half distance line. If play has been stopped for some reason, a foul, an injury then the referee throws the ball in the water with each team having an equal chance to get the ball.
