Turbulent flow
Fluid flow in which fluid "particles" move in irregular paths, and no two particles have similar path; the motion of a particle at a given instance is not necessarily parallel to the overall direction of flow. Turbulent fow is not caused by changes in fluid direction or by obstacles in its path but is the result of fluid properties and velocity.
