A proposed world-wide WiFi network that is powered by hundreds of miniature satellites in orbit by 2015 free Web access worldwide offers. The development of Media Investment Fund (MDIF) is the organisation behind Outernet ambitions and aims to switch from the age of online computing on its head by free grant Web access to every person on Earth, including unlimited internet access to countries where Web access is censored.

the plan includes the launch of hundreds of low-priced miniature satellites, known as cubesats, in low Earth orbit. Each satellite receives data from a network of ground stations around the world. Using a technique called multitasking, user datagram protocol (UDP) who are sharing information between users on a network is, Outernet beams information to computers and smartphones much like how televisions receiving a signal. Outernet MDIF plans to convert in operation in June 2015.
