WiiU

The WiiU is an upcoming console being developed by Nintendo. It was officially unveiled at E3 2011 in June and is expected for release in 2012.

Like it's predecessor the Wii, the console's controller is a unique selling point. It will feature a large touchscreen in the center of the controller allowing for limited play even when not in front of a television.

The launch of the WiiU will mark the beginning of the eighth generation of consoles.
