Alassane Dramane Ouattara (1 january 1942). Has been prime minister of Côte d'Ivroire from 1991 to 1993 and President of Rassemblement des républicains de Côte d'Ivoire (RDR) since 1999. He couldn't stand for the national election from 1995 to 2000 because of the concept of « ivoirité ».

Candidate to the presidential election in 2010, he was been elected with 54,1%.

But he had to wait until the arrest of Laurent Gbagbo (the 21st of may 2011), who did not want to leave the power.
