The single, integrated Air Force programme to address the full spectrum of physical risks, threats, mitigation strategies, and passive defence measures. The primary missions of the Air Force full spectrum threat response programme are to 1) save lives, 2) minimise the loss or degradation of resources, and 3) continue, sustain, and restore combat and combat support operational capability in an "all hazards"physical threat environment at Air force installations worldwide. The ancillary missions of the full spectrum threat response programme are to support Department of defence homeland defence operations and to provide military support to civil and host nation authorities in accordance with Department of defence directives and through the appropriate combatant command. The full spectrum threat response programme is managed by the office of the Civil Engineer, HQ USAF/A7C.
